For 13 successful years LIEHR played a pivotal role in developing En•gauge, a multi-award-winning magazine designed to effectively communicate corporate programs, services, and best practices to Toyota Parts and Service Managers nationwide. Recognizing the need for a centralized and impactful communication vehicle, LIEHR created a publication that delivered relevant, timely, and actionable information to every Toyota dealership across the country.

Through strategic content development, engaging design, and precise editorial execution, En•gauge became an essential resource for Toyota dealership personnel. The magazine provided updates on corporate initiatives, product launches, training opportunities, and industry trends—ensuring that Parts and Service Managers were always informed and equipped to enhance dealership operations.

Deliverables

We formulated a quarterly content editorial plan. Our process involved meetings and interviews with subject matter experts ranging from Toyota’s President to department Vice Presidents, Service Managers, and associates to craft each article. Following this, we organized photo shoots, handled publication design, and managed print distribution.

Results

The magazine was a results-driven quarterly publication utilized by Toyota Parts and Service to generate awareness, drive enrollment, and boost participation in dealer activities and promotions. This multi-award-winning magazine was instrumental in keeping dealerships informed and engaged, with distribution reaching 28,000 associates. Its impactful content achieved an impressive 97% positive readership satisfaction rate.
