Roadshow Presentation & Training
As part of Toyota’s ongoing commitment to dealer education and customer engagement, LIEHR developed a comprehensive training and roadshow presentation to enhance understanding of key programs and tools.
Deliverables
Deliverables included an animated GEaR logo, branded giveaways, and marketing augmented reality to create a dynamic and immersive experience. To ensure an interactive learning environment, we incorporated an engaging speaker presentation, an interactive game, and a Q&A session to address dealer and service team inquiries. Additionally, we provided a hands-on dashboard overview, demonstrating key functionalities and best practices. The training modules were supported by Quick Reference Guides (QRGs). To further amplify engagement, promotional giveaways were included.

Results
This strategic approach ensured an impactful and memorable training experience for all participants. It enhanced dealership understanding of Toyota’s customer engagement tools. Provided interactive, hands-on training to drive real-world application. Strengthens Toyota’s wholesale and service initiatives through structured education. By incorporating engaging content, gamification, and interactive presentations, this program ensured that dealership teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to optimize customer experience and retention.
