Toyota’s Customer Engagement and Retention Department entrusted LIEHR with refreshing and updating all customer-facing marketing materials for ToyotaCare, the company’s renowned no-cost maintenance and roadside assistance program. With a focus on clarity, consistency, and engagement, LIEHR modernized ToyotaCare’s messaging, ensuring that every touchpoint effectively communicated the program’s value. Our team refined the language, design, and structure of ToyotaCare’s marketing materials, enhancing their appeal across multiple platforms, from dealership signage and brochures to digital assets and customer communications.
Deliverables
LIEHR has supported ToyotaCare for over 15 years, ensuring dealership materials effectively communicate the program’s value. In 2024, we revamped 26 point-of-purchase assets, including Spanish-language versions to enhance accessibility.
To help Toyota retain customers in the service drive and maximize no-cost maintenance utilization, LIEHR developed new model-specific hang tags for various maintenance intervals, reinforcing service reminders at key touchpoints.
